Start from what you want to store: a few boxes need a small unit, a furniture set or a home move needs a larger one. At booking we help you choose the right size, and you can switch to a smaller or larger unit later thanks to our flexible contracts.

Furniture, boxes, appliances, seasonal items, documents, bikes, hobby gear and business stock. Hazardous, flammable or polluting materials, liquids that pose a risk, perishable food and living things are not allowed. The full list is in our terms and conditions.

For safety reasons there is no electricity in standard units. Larger formats can come with electricity and automatic lighting, which is stated per unit.

Yes. At Storo you can order moving boxes and packing materials online during the booking process, and have them placed in your unit.

You must be 18 or older, because you sign a rental contract.

You open the building and your unit with the Storo app on your phone. As a back-up you can use a six-digit code on a keypad, which you receive by SMS and find in your customer portal.

Storo offers 24/7 access with your app or access code. Access hours for each Portuguese location will be confirmed before opening.

Use the keypad with your six-digit code, and if the keypad doesn't work, try the app. If neither works, our helpdesk will help you.

Yes. You can give another person access via your customer portal, with an optional end date. They receive an invitation by email and see the shared unit in their own app.

Trolleys are available to take your goods from your car to your unit, and you can drive up to the loading and unloading zone. Some locations also offer drive-up units.

Storo has access control at the entrance so only customers get in, 24/7 camera surveillance, and a separate alarm on each individual unit. You lock your own unit, and only people you give access to can open it.

The minimum rental period is one month and there is no maximum: rent for as long as you like. Final rental terms for Portugal will be confirmed before opening.

The price depends on the location, the size of the unit and the rental period. Portuguese prices will be announced before opening, and people on the waiting list hear first.

No. You pay the rent and the insurance for your unit. There is no deposit, no registration or administration fee, and no hidden costs.

You book and pay online by card, and rent is then charged automatically each rental period. Payment methods for Portugal will be confirmed before opening.

You cancel online in your customer portal, in Belgium up to seven days before the next rental period starts. Make sure your unit is empty at the end of the period.

Yes, insurance is mandatory when renting a Storo unit and is taken out as part of the online booking process. Coverage options and prices for Portugal will be announced before opening.
